Computers for Education and Development – CFED - has a team of Computer Science /Information Technology (IT) Experts and Educators as Executive Board members. They include the following:
1. Dr. Hillar Addo, founder and Executive Director (Information Scientist)
2. Paul Danquah,IT system Business Process and Innonvation
3. Mr. Peter Korsinah Member (Computer Scientist)
4. Mr. Justice Addo Member (Assistant Accountant)

The executive team will perform both board and operational duties where required in the interim. Interim staff of CFED will include:
1. Dr. Hillar Addo – Executive Director
2. Paul Danquah,IT system Business Process and Innonvation
3. Mr. Joshua Azumah – Operations Officer
4. Mr. Hillah Nico Ayite IT Officer

The following, as stated below are areas of supervision assigned to Directors as board members. They will operate in such capacity and remunerated where necessary until substantive employees are in place.

Dr. Hillar Addo will serve as the Executive Director of CFED. He will oversee the management of all aspects of the organization including chairing of meetings that decide on all matters that relate to the association.

Mr. Paul Danquah will be Director in charge of all operations of CFED. He will manage all aspects of deploying computers to beneficiaries and supervise training required to build capacity of users where and when computers are deployed.

Mr. Justice Addo will oversee and manage the finances of CFED
